Great to meet you!

I’m a psychotherapist with 18 years of experience supporting women, children, adolescents, and families through trauma recovery in diverse settings—including foster care and adoption, therapeutic foster care, child emergency shelter, school-based mental health, and outpatient therapy.

I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Glenville State University in WV; followed by my Master of Social Work (MSW) from West Virginia University, where I also completed an advanced certificate in Integrated Mental & Behavioral Health. I received my clinical training through WVU Behavioral Medicine & Psychiatry Department, which helped me build a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health care.

My approach to therapy

As an EMDR-trained trauma therapist, and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, my integrative approach weaves together evidence-based trauma therapies and holistic wellness.

I will guide you to restore harmony between your body and mind, by understanding how nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation influence emotional balance and mental health.

What you can expect from me

No matter which direction life pulls you, I will help you find your way back to safety, self-belief, and emotional steadiness.

My work is rooted in the same healing shifts that helped me rebuild my own sense of worth, and safety because I know what it feels like to lose your way and fight your way back. With trauma-informed care, compassionate guidance, and a steady therapeutic anchor, you never have to walk this journey alone. You have a map, a guide, and a clear path forward.
