Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I believe that caring for your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. Reaching out for support isn’t easy, so I want to honor the courage it takes to take this step. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and my approach combines practical tools with warmth and compassion. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, supportive way—meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable. My style is warm and compassionate, and I focus on helping you build insight and awareness into your behaviors and internal experiences. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and often use approaches like CBT, ACT, emotion regulation, and self-compassion to guide our work together. Above all, I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, and hopes for change, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we start building trust and set some initial goals together, so you leave with a sense of direction and feeling heard.
