Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and have been practicing therapy since 2010. Over the years I have built a passion for supporting individuals going through difficult life transitions/changes, experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and/or chronic illness.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative and mutually engaging process that is anchored with trust, genuineness and openness. I incorporate skills from CBT, ACT, CPT, and MBCT.

What you can expect from me

I take pride with taking the time to get to know my clients on an individual level in order for each person to feel heard, understood and supported. I offer a safe space for you to gain an outside perspective, process your thoughts and emotions, build on your strengths and help you develop healthy and effective coping skills.
