Great to meet you!

Welcome to Le Fleur Consulting, and congratulations on taking the first step toward prioritizing your well-being. Seeking support is a powerful act of self-care, and I am honored to be part of your journey.

I have worked in the social work field since 2010 and earned my education from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where I gained invaluable experience serving diverse individuals and families throughout Baltimore City and the surrounding counties. While my professional background spans a variety of settings and populations, the COVID-19 pandemic deepened my passion for supporting the mental health and overall wellness of women.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I am trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed practices. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a friendly (some might say funny), welcoming, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know one another. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your current concerns, routines and review your intake or we might skip all the formalities and just talk about your day. Your choice! This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what support looks like for you, and determine whether we are a good fit.
