I have over 15 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families across school, residential, and community settings. I’m licensed in California and Hawaii, with training in trauma-informed care, DBT, and grief support.
My approach is open, honest, and grounded in building a safe, trusting space. I work with teens and families using trauma-informed care, along with CBT and DBT skills, to help navigate tough emotions, strengthen relationships, and build confidence. We’ll focus on your goals and develop practical tools that support real-life change.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk through what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask questions to understand your concerns, goals, and current challenges, while giving you space to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can begin building a clear and realistic plan together.
