Hi, I’m Nate Christensen, LIMHP LADC. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life they want to be living. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help you understand and change unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotions more effectively, and build healthy coping skills. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and how you can create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In the first therapy session, you can expect to discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I will ask questions to better understand your background, experiences, and current challenges. Together, we’ll begin to build a sense of trust and set goals for future sessions. The focus is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
