Great to meet you!

“Like a lotus flower, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, blossom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world.” I believe meaningful therapy begins with a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self. I work with adults, and some of the areas I have experience with include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and life transitions, among others. I offer LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care and warmly welcome clients exploring body image, sexuality, ethical non monogamy, polyamory, and other parts of authentic self expression.

My approach to therapy

Some of the ways you learned to protect yourself made sense once and cost you something now. That is usually where we start. I work trauma informed and integrative, tailored to you rather than defined by a single model, drawing from IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and Polyvagal Theory as your needs shift. Together we look at how past experiences and protective patterns shape the present, and we build practical tools for emotional regulation, relationships, and everyday challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to begin getting to know each other and understand what brings you in, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain. There’s no expectation that you share everything at once, trust develops over time, and you decide what you’re ready to discuss. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
