Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with patients to live better with anxiety, depression and ADHD. We can work on your feelings of isolation, difficulty with sleep, feelings of always being on the go or fears that the worst might happen. These are things that all humans will experience at one point in their life, which means there is nothing wrong with you. I understand how these feelings can feel very overwhelming, isolating and painful. You are not alone, I will be here with you.

My approach to therapy

I practice only evidenced-based treatments. This means these are treatments that are back by research and that we know work. These treatments help you learn skills, tools and techniques that will help you live a full, rich and meaningful life. In your first session, we will discuss what is bringing you to treatment, and what treatment course will be the best for you.
