Hello! A little about me, I graduated with a Master of Counseling degree from Southern Methodist University. I have worked in various settings as a counselor helping people who struggle with addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, PTSD. I love helping people overcome whatever is holding them back from creating the life they truly want.

I use various therapeutic approaches depending on the current need. I will utilize CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and Multi-Channel Eye Movement Integration.

The first session is for getting to know each other and understanding what the goals for treatment are. We can keep it light at first or jump right in. I will meet you where you are comfortable.
