Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ms. Natonia Davis. I am a board-certified psychotherapist and licensed substance abuse professional. I attended the University of South Florida and have been practicing as a licensed independent practitioner for 15 years. I specialize in various mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. I have also assisted my clients with working through life transitions, relationship problems, grief, and loss. I am currently accepting new patients.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is honest, open, and interactive. The environment that I strive to create for my clients includes treating them with empathy and respect to create an environment that is free of stigma and facilitates trust. I offer my clients the option of working through their challenges and difficulties through cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and client centered therapy. I find motivational interviewing and acceptance and commitment therapy to be effective therapeautic approaches.

What you can expect from me

It my hope that your sessions will empower and challenge you to set meaningful, action- oriented objectives to meet your goals, improve your mood, and give you a sense meaning and purpose in your life. Your counseling experience will be tailored to meet the specific needs that you have identified, including the focus and length of time that we spend together. I believe through our therapeutic alliance you will find the support you need to make positive changes in your life.
