Great to meet you!

With 13 years of experience in the social services field, I support women navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, burnout, perfectionism, low self-worth, and major life transitions. I have experience working with women managing the pressures of personal and professional responsibilities, navigating relationship challenges, and trying to balance their own needs with the expectations they place on themselves.

I understand that being ambitious, capable, and dependable doesn't mean you never struggle. You may appear to have everything together while privately experiencing anxiety, overthinking, or feeling like you're never doing enough. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore these challenges, strengthen your self-worth, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a more fulfilling life.

I also have a special interest in supporting creatives and performers, including singers, actors, and artists, who experience performance anxiety, fear of judgment, or creative self-doubt. However, you don't have to be a performer to benefit from working with me.

You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. At Bassa Rose Wellness, I want you to have space to prioritize yourself, reconnect with who you are, and recognize that your worth extends far beyond what you accomplish.

Please feel free to email me if there are any scheduling issues. [email protected]

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I help clients navigate life’s challenges, build self-worth, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical tools to support lasting growth and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can share your concerns at your own pace. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying ways I can support you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported as we start this journey together.
