Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative and respectful process. My role is to provide a safe, thoughtful space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools for change. I value honesty, curiosity, and self-reflection, and I approach each person with compassion and without judgment. At times therapy may involve difficult conversations or new perspectives, but my goal is always to support your growth, resilience, and ability to live a more meaningful and balanced life. Every person’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I work with clients in a way that balances emotional understanding with practical tools for change. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your life while also developing strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence. I draw from integrative approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, and insight-oriented therapies, tailoring the process to each individual. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow into the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

During the intake I will be asking you to share the pressing issues that have caused you to seek therapy at this point and how you have been dealing with these issues on your own. We will also talk about your personal story, family history, education, work and general health and anything else that you feel is important for me to know. It will give us a chance to get to know each other and see if we will be a good fit for working together.
