As a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical I believe that it is important to prioritize your mental health. I received my Master of Social Work from University of Maryland's School of Social Work in 2016 and have been actively assisting people with their journey to mental freedom. I am also a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor. My specialties are ADHD, depression, anxiety, behavior issues, family conflict and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based therapy, Solution-Based Therapy and Client-Centered.

I provide clients with a safe, supportive environment in which to express their feelings. I am able to quickly build a rapport with clients which helps us as we work together on a path of healing.
