Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience working with youth and adults. Most of my career has been spent learning about the effects of trauma on youth and their families. I have had training in CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and TF-CBT. If you're looking for a therapist that is energetic, direct, yet empathetic, you found the right person.

My approach to therapy

I like to ensure that therapy is a conversation between two people who are trying to find the solutions to your concerns together. My style is clear and honest because I understand that people tend to thrive when they know what to expect. I try to match the approach I use to the client who presents in front of me.

What you can expect from me

I will work hard to support you in meeting your identified goals for therapy. I tend to provide extra attention to the coping skills that one might be able to use in order to manage the situations on an ongoing basis. You can expect to build a network of support throughout our sessions as well as receive education around the concerns presented in sessions.
