Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Neilabh. I have 13 years of experience in providing counseling services. I have worked with different populations and ethnicities in the past. I am from India and came to the United States for college. My Master's degree is in Counseling from Howard University, and I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling and therapy is direct, warm, and open-minded. As a counselor, I do not judge my clients and this makes them free to express their thoughts and feelings. I take a genuine interest in the well-being of my clients and engage in authentic caring. I am here to help you find the right path in life after helping you discover it for yourself.

What you can expect from me

After a session with me, you can expect to learn something new about how to cope with your unique circumstances. You can come out of the session feeling comforted and reassured that you can make an effort to achieve your goals. Small steps of progress will be taken which will add up to long-term gains.
