Life can begin to feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship challenges, or self-doubt while still trying to show up for work, school, family, and everyone around you. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in survival mode — overthinking, emotionally drained, struggling to communicate their needs, battling negative self-talk, or feeling like they have to keep everything together even when they are struggling internally.
