Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) with over 13 years of experience providing DBT therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance use treatment. I work with adults, adolescents, and perinatal individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and practical. I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed by stress and emotions, or disconnected from their values. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. Together, we focus on building coping skills, improving relationships, and changing unhelpful patterns to support long-term stability and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to change. We’ll explore your current concerns, history, and goals, including any challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or emotional regulation. I will also share more about how I work using DBT and a person-centered approach, where you guide the pace and direction of treatment. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical skills and supports to help you build stability, insight, and a life that feels more manageable and worth living.
