Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) with more than 13 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. I work with adults navigating substance use, anxiety, trauma, depression, and difficulty managing emotions. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach and use DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand their patterns, build practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and practical. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels manageable while helping them identify patterns that may be getting in the way of their goals. I draw from DBT, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care to build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to be different, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, current needs, and goals. We’ll also talk about what you can expect from therapy with me and begin identifying where you’d like to start.
