I utilize a client-centered, evidence-based approach that is tailored to the unique needs of each client. My primary technique integrates Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to empower clients to take control of their mental health and live more fulfilling lives. My ideal client, the best match to my particular approach to therapy, is the person with trauma and abuse history, anxiety, boundary problems, those who experience chronic unhappiness, chronic depression, self-esteem issues, those having difficulty with life transitions or those who have experienced narcissistic and other forms of emotional abuse.
