Great to meet you!

I believe in creating a safe place for each client to feel comfortable sharing their most personal details of their lives. Whether it be past trauma, relationship concerns, depression or anxiety, you can trust that together we will come up with a solution and tools to help cope with your needs. I strive to end the stigma surrounding therapy and mental illness in the African American community.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy can be necessary for all of us at different times of our lives, but that it can be fun, comfortable and enjoyable.I have experience working with Trauma, Work stress,Anxiety, Depression and etc.I believe in using a client centered approach meaning each session is yours! Together we will establish goals and together we will accomplish them. I use many different therapy techniques and may even give homework that will help you to use the techniques in your day to day life.

What you can expect from me

No matter the situation, I will meet you where you are in your life. I am committed to helping you help yourself and want to quickly establish a healthy therapeutic relationship with you. As a collective we will overcome life’s difficulties.
