Great to meet you!

We form a team focusing on finding the solutions that best support health and wellness. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space in which clients feel heard and understood, and am committed to helping achieve personal goals with empathy and insight. Research suggests that the client’s relationship with their therapist is highly correlated to positive outcomes so it is important that we feel connected.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate and professional mental health therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and integrate Internal Family Systems(IFS), Eye Movement Desensitivation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfullness approaches as well into my work. My background is a trauma-informed approach working with children and adults 5 and up. Currently, I am accepting adult clients via telehealth and in person.

What you can expect from me

Clients have given feedback that they feel more connection with loved ones, feel safe in the space, and express moving more towards self acceptance.
