Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Change becomes possible when you have a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. I am a passionate and dedicated therapist who works with youth, young adults, and families, providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore concerns, build confidence, and create meaningful change. I understand the unique pressures individuals and families face, and I am committed to helping you uncover strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

Your therapy experience should be as unique as you are. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances. Drawing from Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Life Coaching techniques, I help you gain greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and develop practical skills for everyday life. Together, we will identify measurable goals and create a clear path toward progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic foundation. You can expect a welcoming, supportive conversation where we explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your concerns and strengths, and identify the goals that matter most to you. I will take time to understand your experiences, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate with you on a personalized plan so you leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of hope for what comes next.
