Great to meet you!

I am a triple board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatrics, Family Practice, and Psychiatric Mental Health, with over 18 years of pediatric experience, 6 years in family practice, and 2 years providing mental health care. I am passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic care that addresses each patient's physical, emotional, and mental well-being across the lifespan.

I believe that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare journey. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, chronic medical conditions, preventive care, or your child's healthcare needs, I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where we work together to achieve your health goals.

I understand that life can be busy, so I offer a flexible schedule and am committed to accommodating my patients' needs whenever possible. My goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care that is accessible, collaborative, and centered on helping you and your family live healthier, happier lives.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe that exceptional healthcare begins with listening. My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and collaborative, with a focus on treating the whole person—not just the symptoms. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and actively participating in their care.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your concerns, medical and mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and personal goals. Most importantly, I want to understand what matters most to you and how your concerns are affecting your daily life.

Together, we will develop a personalized, evidence-based plan of care that may include education, therapy, medication management (when appropriate), lifestyle recommendations, or referrals to additional resources. I encourage you to ask questions and actively participate in your care, as I believe the best outcomes come from working as a team.
