My approach to therapy

Healing takes some time and asking for help is a courageous step in the right direction! Open communication is important in establishing a trusting relationship between the provider/ patient that will ensure treatment success. I encourage open communicate without feeling judged, understanding that my job as a provider is to partnership with you in your journey to mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

I start the session with a brief introduction of myself, also allow the patients to share one or few things about themselves. I will explain how the process works and what patient should be expecting from me. Private environment for provider/ patient that will allow open communication without fear that someone is eavesdropping.
