Through over 16 years of experience, I have empowered individuals to live as overcomers, and beyond the negative events they have experienced. I use a trauma informed approach to transform negative perceptions that leads to true healing and restoration.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I have expertise in human behavior, trauma, and trauma informed care, but I am NOT an expert on your life. I partner with YOU as a client to determine and define your boundaries, your values, and empower you to live a life by design.
