Great to meet you!

I hold my LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) in the state of Idaho and work with clients across the lifespan. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and pursuing meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also integrating techniques from other evidence-based frameworks when appropriate. This flexible approach allows me to meet clients where they are and provide practical tools, insight, and support to help them navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my focus is on empowering individuals through a solution-focused, warm, and nonjudgmental approach. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe and supported in exploring their real-life experiences, challenges, and goals without fear of criticism or shame.

For more than eight years, I have worked with adults navigating a wide range of situational and emotional difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents across a broad range of intellectual and developmental abilities.

My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, build practical coping skills, and develop meaningful solutions that support lasting growth and well-being. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create positive change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

My commitment is to fostering personal growth while honoring each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel supported, empowered, and equipped with the tools necessary to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

I look forward to working together to encourage positive choices, build on your existing strengths, and create lasting changes that support your overall well-being. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of purpose so you can experience growth and fulfillment in every facet of your life.
