Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, social skills concerns, emotional regulation challenges, major life transitions, and everyday stressors. I especially enjoy working with people who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, develop healthier patterns, and move forward after difficult chapters in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and straightforward. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of meaningful change, so I focus first on understanding you as a person rather than simply treating a diagnosis. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based interventions. We’ll work together to recognize patterns, understand emotions, build healthier coping skills, and turn insight into changes that make a difference outside of the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or having everything figured out. We’ll talk about what has been happening, what you would like to be different, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a relaxed, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can be yourself. From there, we’ll begin developing clear and realistic goals and a plan for moving forward together.
