Great to meet you!

When you’re faced w/ difficulties and feeling overwhelmed why go at it alone? Together we’ll work to get over the stressors. 2009 is when I entered this field from working w/ children to adults, from the population of ADHD to the forensic population. I worked w/ many populations and diagnoses to be well-rounded. What keeps me passionate about being in this field is seeing one’s progress and growth, and also being that listening ear.

My approach to therapy

I strive to make this a safe and comfortable space to where one can open-up, therefore I take a trauma informed approach. I used CBT and other therapeutic modalities that fit the person needs. I meet one where they are in the process of therapy.

What you can expect from me

I strive to build and maintain rapport. I want to get to know you as a whole. When one comes w/ a presenting issue/concern together we work to find solution to help get you unstuck and improve your mental health.
