Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for their lived experiences into the therapy room. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, where your voice and goals guide our work. I integrate Narrative Therapy and use humor thoughtfully to create connection, ease, and insight. I'm not here to “fix” you—I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore, reframe, and grow. I believe change happens when people feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be their full selves.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. I offer a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates Narrative Therapy, supporting clients in re-authoring the stories they tell about themselves. I believe that through exploring these narratives, people can uncover strength, resilience, and new possibilities. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, identity questions, or life transitions, I tailor our work to your unique goals and needs. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can take place, and where your voice—and your story—are central to the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space to share what brings you in. We’ll explore your goals, begin to understand your story, and set the foundation for our work. I use curiosity, collaboration, and a bit of humor to help you feel at ease.
