My name is Nicholas Zubek, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals of all ages, including children ages 4 and up, struggling with suicidal ideation, self-harm, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify negative thought patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change through a collaborative and individualized approach.
In our first sessions, we will work together to identify goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My background in both emergency medical services and psychotherapy allows me to support clients across multiple specialties, with an emphasis on suicidal ideation, crisis-related concerns, and individualized care.
