Great to meet you!

Hey there...great to meet you!

I’m Nichole Esparza, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in New Mexico, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, and a Registered Telehealth Provider for Florida residents. I offer therapy that is warm, direct, and focused on real change. I work best with people who are thoughtful, self aware, and tired of feeling stuck in familiar emotional or relationship patterns. Therapy with me feels like a real conversation. We slow things down, get honest, and work toward clarity and movement. I have over four years of experience across outpatient, crisis, and community mental health settings. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, grounded, and practical. No overcomplication. No surface level talk. We focus on what matters and what helps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and straightforward. I focus on tracking patterns, understanding what drives them, and helping you respond differently in real life. I integrate parts work, somatic awareness, and skills from ACT, DBT, and CBT, while keeping sessions focused and intentional. One main insight. One practical tool. One clear next step.

I balance compassion with honesty. I normalize your experience without minimizing it. I will support you and I will also challenge patterns that keep you stuck. Growth happens when insight turns into action, and that is where I put my energy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting oriented and grounded. We slow the pace, identify what is taking up the most space for you, and start tracking patterns that show up in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships. You will not be put on the spot or expected to perform therapy the right way. You can expect to leave with clarity, not overwhelm. We focus on understanding what is happening, why it makes sense, and what you can do differently moving forward. Therapy here is supportive, structured, and focused on change that carries into daily life.
