Great to meet you!

Before earning my Masters in Counseling, I earned a PhD in social and personality psychology. This background deeply informs how I show up as a therapist. I help clients address unresolved trauma and grief, anxiety and OCD, relationship issues, as well as "problems of everyday living." My style is active, engaged, and practical.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. You know yourself and your story better than anyone else. My role is to bring clinical structure, practical tools, and encouragement to help you figure out what, if any, changes you want to make and the next steps on that journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll work to make sure you feel comfortable and safe, and identify what areas you want to change or address. Therapy should be a place you can bring your whole self and together we will figure out how to make that happen.
