Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I have been practicing for the past 5 years and have experience treating a wide variety of mental health concerns. Currently, my focus is on those struggling with trauma histories, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of your own life story and experiences. My approach is grounded in trauma-focused treatment and a strong belief in empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner strengths to create a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful. Using a person-centered framework, I want to create a safe and collaborative space where growth can unfold naturally and at your own pace. Together, we can work to heal, build resilience, gain clarity, and find a renewed sense of hope.

What you can expect from me

We will begin with an introductory session to give you the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. It is always my goal to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel secure in sharing. We will work together in the sessions that follow to help make your goals for therapy successful.
