My name is Nicole. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in education. I have worked with children, teenagers and families for over 20 years! I am comfortable supporting most types of trauma or mental health crisis such as: depression, anxiety, anger or behavior which interferes with everyday life functioning.
I use a mindfulness as well as a CBT approach and we will create small steps together to meet goals. I am a strengths based therapist meaning I will take your current strengths and try to help you balance the areas you feel are lagging.
When we work together I will spend that time focused on your story while at the same time working on skills to support the goals you came in with. I create a safe space for any person no matter how they identify.
