Great to meet you!

I’m Nicole Elliott, MSW, LCSW. I bring more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through life’s challenges. I believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity and compassion.

I approach therapy with the belief that there is usually more to a person’s story than what we see on the surface. Sometimes our intentions can be misunderstood, and sometimes the things we do to cope don’t reflect who we truly are. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest, explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I meet clients where they are and work with them to understand what is happening beneath the surface—not simply what is happening in the moment. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being your authentic self.

Together, we’ll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I tailor my approach to each client because no two people, experiences, or paths to healing are the same.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a relationship grounded in honesty, trust, and mutual respect. We’ll take time to get to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to get from the experience.

Your goals will be shaped by what matters to you. My goal is not to tell you what healing should look like, but to support you in finding your own path toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. We’ll work together to create a therapeutic experience that feels safe, supportive, and true to you.
