Great to meet you!

My passion for helping others stems from my personal journey of self-discovery, growth, and acceptance. Through this journey, I’ve learned to show myself compassion and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges—whether related to loss, transition, grief, parenting, or simply the demands of everyday life.

I understand how easy it is to lose sight of our own needs in the whirlwind of life. Between responsibilities and stressors, finding time for yourself can feel impossible. You might even realize that managing everything no longer feels as easy as it once did. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’m here to help you find your footing and remind you: it’s okay to ask for help. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and carve out a path toward greater balance and well-being.

My approach to therapy

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, children, and families, offering compassionate support as they navigate complex emotions and transitions. My approach is collaborative, working closely with my clients and their support networks to create a personalized path to healing that reflects their unique needs and goals.

I am also proud to incorporate Animal-Assisted Therapy into my practice. Working with therapy animals can provide an additional layer of comfort, emotional support, and connection during sessions. Animals have a remarkable ability to help us feel at ease, reduce stress, and foster a sense of safety. Through this approach, I aim to enhance the therapeutic experience and offer clients a gentle yet powerful way to engage in their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

The clients I work with often face a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, burnout, parenting difficulties, and feelings of isolation. As a mother of young children, I have a special interest in supporting parents through the ups and downs of parenthood. From navigating extreme fatigue and societal expectations to managing relationships and mood fluctuations, I deeply understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of parenting. Supporting others through this transformative journey is both a privilege and a passion.

Through our work together, I aim to help you rediscover your strengths, build resilience, and nurture growth. Nurture Growth. Embrace Healing. Thrive Together.
