Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nicole Boudreaux, LCSW, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals, especially women and moms, move from overwhelm to wholehearted connection. Since beginning my work in 2019, I’ve guided clients through challenges with anxiety, relationship strain, motherhood transitions, and intense emotional reactivity or anger. I hold a Master of Social Work from Western Carolina University and integrate training in attachment-focused, somatic, and mindfulness approaches to support sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My work blends evidence-based modalities with deep presence and nervous-system attunement, creating a safe space where you can explore your needs, reclaim your voice, and cultivate radical self-love. I love supporting my clients with practical tools to integrate their therapeutic experience on their own.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking to rebuild trust with a partner, find ease in parenting, or calm the storm of anxious thoughts, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering practical tools and compassionate insight every step of the way.
