Great to meet you!

I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and have completed study as to the fundamentals of Neuroscience. Via Harvard University, I was able to explore sensation, perception, and the physiology of functional regions of the brain.

My approach to therapy

Maybe you’re in a transitional period of your life; getting married, getting divorced, going through the loss of a parent or the gain of step-children. Perhaps, you are dealing with life stressors that have now affected your functioning, relationships, and mood. Or maybe, an early childhood traumatic event has resurfaced and is triggering upsetting memories for you. Whatever it is, I am here......to listen. To help you, the client, turn Pieces into MasterPieces!

What you can expect from me

Here, we both, will guide your journey. Together, we will examine your worth! Your weight is totally bearable – (carat). No pain is too much! This is where the work begins.
