Great to meet you!

You've probably heard a lot of labels for your child, for yourself, or for someone you love. ADHD. "Too sensitive." "Socially awkward." "Struggling to adjust." Behind every label is a real person trying to figure out how to show up in a world that wasn't always designed for them. Whether you're a parent searching for someone who truly sees

your child, a teen stepping into adulthood without a clear map, or an adult who's spent years feeling out of step in social situations, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I'm a clinical social worker with 9 years experience working alongside young children, teens, and adults navigating autism, ADHD, social anxiety, and the hard work of connecting in a world that can feel overwhelming. I work with people of all ages (from young kids to adults). I practice with warmth, acceptance and a client centered lens developed from clinical experience and training. My goal is your goal!
