Great to meet you!

I’m Nicole (Nikki) Dube, an LCSW, and CADC. My background helps me consider both inner experience and the relationships, histories, identities, and systems surrounding it. I work with adults experiencing burnout, life transitions, boundary concerns, and recurring relationship or family patterns. I also examine our relationship to identity, power, and belonging.

My approach to therapy

I aim to be a supportive thought partner, not the authority on your life. We co-create a space to examine what is happening within you, between you and others, and around you. I offer reflection, curiosity, and respectful challenge, with attention to what your mind, body, and relationships may be communicating. I remain aware of how power shapes relationships - including the therapeutic relationship - and support you in staying at the helm of your choices and experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to begin where you are. We will talk about what brings you in, what feels most important, and what you hope therapy might make possible. You do not need to tell your whole story or arrive with perfectly formed goals. We will also discuss your history, needs, limits, and preferences so we can decide together what direction and pace feel useful.
