I'm so glad you are here! I have 7 years of experience in psychiatry with a total of 20 years in nursing. I work with those aged 6 and older. I thrive on working closely with my client in setting goals and helping achieve relief of symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I am a psychiatric nurse practioner so provide mental health assessments along with medication management. I also like to use CBT with my clients to achieve the highest level of treatment. I am also faith-based and welcome spirituality into sessions.

During a first visit you can expect a lot of questions so I can get to know you and your situation better. We will then discuss together treatment goals and make a plan!
