Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, authentic, and trauma-informed space where healing moves at your pace. Integrating EMDR with person-centered, CBT, and mindfulness practices, I help clients understand how early experiences shape beliefs, emotions, and relationships, supporting nervous system regulation, insight, and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

Healing often involves working with both the major events and the quieter experiences our brain never fully processed. Each can leave lasting imprints that shape how we think, feel, and respond. Through EMDR therapy, we support your brain’s natural ability to reprocess and rewire these memories, helping reduce their emotional intensity and create space for calm, clarity, and self-compassion. EMDR isn’t about erasing the past, it’s about changing how your brain relates to it, so you can move forward feeling lighter, more balanced, and grounded in who you are.

You deserve support that feels safe, steady, and compassionate. Together, we’ll explore patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you and help your mind and body find balance, understanding, and self-acceptance. Healing is possible, one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, and more hopeful. You’ll walk away with practical tools you can use right away, along with a deeper understanding of the lifelong patterns you’ve been battling. Over time, therapy with me is about more than just relief from symptoms, it’s about real change. You’ll begin to see yourself differently, handle challenges with greater confidence, and feel more present in your own life. My goal is lasting transformation that leaves you feeling free, grounded, and fully yourself.
