Great to meet you!

Hello - My name is Nicole Forester. I welcome you.

I recognize the energy it takes to seek support.

I focus on what matters most to you at a pace you are comfortable with.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of this process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and solution-focused.

I have 19 years supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, family conflict, life transitions, parenting, stress management, and grief. My specializations include trauma recovery, addiction recovery, religious/cult trauma, relationship conflict, parenting support, and LGBTQIA+ support.

I currently work with clients age 18+.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to learn more about your history and what you’re experiencing in the present. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you’d like support with, while identifying and building on the strengths and resources you already have. Together, we’ll develop a supportive approach that is tailored to your needs and goals.

I encourage you to interview your therapist to find a good fit.

I will do my best to answer any questions you might have about this process.
