Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, licensed since 2021, with experience working with a diverse population across the lifespan—from adolescents (ages 7 and up) to older adults. My clinical background includes providing individual talk therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions.

I have specialized experience in supporting clients who struggle with self-harm and suicidal ideation, as well as working with the geriatric population and their families, particularly around issues of loss of independence, chronic illness, and end-of-life transitions. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, flexible, and grounded in empathy, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I provide individualized, person-centered talk therapy for adolescents through older adults, drawing on a flexible and compassionate approach to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and life transitions—including end-of-life concerns. My work is grounded in building trust and tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood in each session. They’ll leave with greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, clients will experience a safe and nonjudgmental space where they can explore challenges, build coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
