I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, licensed since 2021, with experience working with a diverse population across the lifespan—from adolescents (ages 7 and up) to older adults. My clinical background includes providing individual talk therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions.
I have specialized experience in supporting clients who struggle with self-harm and suicidal ideation, as well as working with the geriatric population and their families, particularly around issues of loss of independence, chronic illness, and end-of-life transitions. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, flexible, and grounded in empathy, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.
I provide individualized, person-centered talk therapy for adolescents through older adults, drawing on a flexible and compassionate approach to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and life transitions—including end-of-life concerns. My work is grounded in building trust and tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.
Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood in each session.
