Great to meet you!

I help clients who have spent years being strong for everyone else finally feel supported themselves. With a doctorate‐level background and a faith‐centered lens for those who want to integrate spirituality, I create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My work blends education, emotional insight, and personalized strategies that honor your story. Clients describe my approach as grounding, clarifying, and deeply validating — a place where they can reconnect with their purpose, their resilience, and face their struggles feeling empowered and encouraged to grow.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an evidence‐based, integrative approach that is uniquely tailored to each individual. My work blends empirically supported modalities with creative, experiential interventions designed to deepen insight and translate therapeutic concepts into lived change. I focus on identifying and healing root causes rather than solely managing symptoms, helping clients build internal capacity, resilience, and long‐term growth.

I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their lived experience, and I incorporate faith and spirituality when desired by the client. My goal is to empower individuals to understand themselves more fully, resolve underlying patterns, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming space where your story is treated with respect and care. You can expect to be listened to without judgment, have your lived experience valued, and be invited to take an active role in shaping your goals. We’ll begin building a plan that is tailored to your needs, grounded in evidence‐based practice, and centered on your active participation.
