Great to meet you!

Sometimes you've been holding everything together for so long that you don't realize how heavy it's become. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficult family dynamics can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. You deserve a space where you don't have to carry those burdens by yourself and where healing feels possible. I work alongside individuals navigating substance use and addiction, depression, stress management, trauma, and PTSD so they can strengthen their relationships, rebuild confidence, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life. With more than 10 years of experience working with adults, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to make lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, relationship patterns, and beliefs that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and developing practical tools that support meaningful, lasting growth. Therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, responding to life's challenges with greater confidence, and creating healthier patterns that continue long after our sessions end. My approach incorporates Family Systems Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy because every client deserves care that is individualized, evidence based, and centered around what will be most helpful for their unique goals. Together, we can work through anxiety, family issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, panic disorder, grief and loss, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and trauma, while tailoring every session to your needs and experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to helping you create meaningful progress. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your growth, and navigate setbacks without judgment. Whether you're healing from trauma, strengthening family relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or working toward a greater sense of peace, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more confident, and empowered to move forward with clarity and hope.
