I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It is my heart's desire and passion to help people live their best lives and achieve their mental health goals. My focus is on assisting you with managing your mental health concerns and day-to-day life stressors. I provide support for general mental health issues, but my passion is helping people understand just how much your past may be affecting your present reality.

What I offer is an opportunity to process through life's difficulties with someone who truly cares about your well-being. My services are trauma informed and psychodynamic in nature. Together we can work to discover what the root of your mental health concern is, and more importantly support you with learning healthy ways to cope with life's challenges.
