Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps people make sense of the patterns that keep them feeling stuck in relationships, especially the one they have with themselves. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), so you are not just talking about problems, you are actually creating meaningful change. I specialize in relationship wounds, attachment patterns, and healing after breakups or divorce, while also supporting clients through life transitions, grief, and rediscovering their identity. In our work together, I help you build self compassion, understand your needs, strengthen communication, and create clear, healthy boundaries. Whether you are navigating a difficult chapter or ready for deeper personal growth, I am here to help you feel more connected, confident, and steady in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand the deeper emotions driving your experiences. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you identify patterns, process emotions, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions. I balance insight with practical tools, so you leave with both clarity and a sense of direction. I will gently challenge you when needed while also creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. My goal is to help you build emotional security, stronger relationships, and a more grounded sense of self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you do not have to have everything figured out before you walk in. We will start by exploring what brought you to therapy and the challenges you are currently facing, while also identifying any patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I will ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences and what you would like to change. Together, we will begin setting clear and meaningful goals so you have a sense of direction moving forward. You will leave with greater clarity, initial insights, and a better understanding of what our work together will look like.
