As a therapist, I bring warmth, authenticity, and a little creativity into the room. I believe healing happens in safe relationships, and I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals untangle patterns that no longer serve them and reconnect with their strengths.
Life isn’t one-dimensional, and neither are we. We are shaped by our experiences, relationships, passions, and even the stories we connect with—through music, culture, or the characters who inspire us. I value the whole person sitting across from me, not just the symptoms they’re experiencing.
