Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to carry it alone. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—without judgment.

As a therapist, I bring warmth, authenticity, and a little creativity into the room. I believe healing happens in safe relationships, and I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals untangle patterns that no longer serve them and reconnect with their strengths.

Life isn’t one-dimensional, and neither are we. We are shaped by our experiences, relationships, passions, and even the stories we connect with—through music, culture, or the characters who inspire us. I value the whole person sitting across from me, not just the symptoms they’re experiencing.

If you’re feeling stuck, burned out, anxious, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a powerful place to start. My goal is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and more aligned with the life you want to live.

I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is very open and adaptive, meeting you where you are. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable experience, so I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment. Compassion and sensitivity are at the core of my approach, and I aim to ensure that you feel accepted throughout the process. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, person-centered, and reality-based therapies, tailored to fit your individual needs and goals. Engaging in self-exploration and making meaningful changes takes immense bravery. If you're ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery, realization, and resilience, I would be honored to support and assist you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me
