Great to meet you!
Choosing a therapist is a big step, and I believe finding the right fit is one of the most important parts of the healing process. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina and South Carolina with nearly 20 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, substance use, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support as you grow, I'm here to help.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe every individual has strengths that can be built upon, and together we will identify practical strategies to help you overcome obstacles, improve your emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors your unique experiences, values, and goals.
In addition to providing therapy, I am the founder and clinical director of Mind & Mane, LLC, a behavioral health organization committed to expanding access to quality mental health and substance use treatment. I also serve as a Master of Social Work professor, where I have the privilege of mentoring future social workers and behavioral health professionals.
Seeking help takes courage, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether you're working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or striving to become the healthiest version of yourself, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and hope.
