Great to meet you!

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm here to help you live your best life.

Here's the technical stuff:

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NC and FL. I use evidence-based treatments to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders. I specialize in helping adults who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and general life issues.

My approach to therapy

Here's what you probably really want to know:

I am real with my clients. I do not tell you how to live your life or what decisions you should make about your life. It's your life! My goal is to be your Sherpa to help you up the mountain, overcome barriers in your way, and push you forward with support and honesty. I am a sex-positive ally who celebrates intersectional diversity among gender, sexuality, race, spirituality, and overall culture. You are welcome and I see you for who you really are.

What you can expect from me

Just me and you, working toward your goals. We can meet weekly, every other week or once a month depending on your schedule.

Sessions are generally 50 minutes long.
